We Are Barbie!!

There are few things that could contain our excitement when my girls heard that they can go shop for whatever they want from the new We Are Barbie range from Ackermans. Is this not just every little girl’s dream?!

With four children, especially when they were a few years younger, hand-me downs were a real thing, and they often they don’t have much say in the clothing items they get. But now that they are getting older and so much of their beautiful personalities are coming through, we are constantly trying to encourage them to express their creative sides of their personalities; in whatever form that comes!

There was something for every vibe, every style. It was great to see how their eyes lit up as they spotted something they loved. And even more excitement when they were told they can add it to their basket! Now we sorted for summer, and we were all able to get a couple of outfits that complemented our vibrant and different personalities!

We loved that it is not just pink. There is a variety of colours and styles that fits my very girlie-girlie daughter, as well as my punk-rocker chicka, and the boho loving old school girl.
